DESCRIPTION
We need a web designer to work in-house creating websites and applications across the business - for a range of new and existing products and services.
We need someone creative who understands graphic design and various programming languages, with an aptitude for problem solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (computer science, web design, software development)
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
- Knowledge of HTML and Javascript
- Portfolio of design and development work
- Commitment to continued learning and keeping on top of new technologies and trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Creating plans of sites and applications
- Keeping visuals in line with company style and brand guidelines
- Designing site and page layouts
- Coding
- Presenting design ideas
- Working with other members of the creative and technical teams (web developers, graphic designers, copywriters)
